  Kevin Ray is a piano player and singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, now residing between New York City and Berlin.

Kevin has recorded seven solo albums including Radio Silence (2013), Speak Now (2009), Karaoketown (2004), and RadioFriendly (2002).

His latest musical, Central Avenue Breakdown, had a production at the Daegu International Music Festival in South Korea and returned to New York for an encore presentation at the New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) where it won six awards including Excellence in Music and Orchestrations in 2011. Kevin is currently busy at work constructing his newest musical, Maquiladora, a story about young factory workers in Juarez, Mexico. 

In 2006, he composed the MAC-nominated Seasoned Greetings – complete with twelve original holiday songs performed by the world famous singing waitstaff at Ellen's Stardust Diner. That record went on to receive critical acclaim including a MAC nomination for the song Fat Christmas

Kevin's songs have been performed on television, in theaters and federal courtrooms. Raw Nerve, and I Don't Believe You Have It In You were featured in the film Zerophilia(2005). His unique style of piano-based pop-rock mixes elements of theater, jazz, and soul music.
